Added

• Add user-wide configuration for remembering successful operator use per
  Kubernetes context and selecting a default
  Kubernetes context for mirrord exec.

Changed

• Skip the cloud-sql-proxy sidecar when automatically picking a target
  container,
  so a pod running the Cloud SQL Auth Proxy resolves to the application
  container.

Fixed

• Show which database branch a session reuses and why, instead of "0 ready, 0
  pending"
• mirrord operator session stop now echoes the session id back as uppercase
  hex,
  matching the id the user passed and the Session ID column of
  mirrord operator status, instead of the decimal value it parsed into.
