• Added feature.db_branches[].connection_settings for PostgreSQL database
  branches. mirrord sends these PostgreSQL session settings on every source
  connection it opens while building the branch, so they take effect for the
  schema dump and the data copies. This lets a branch copy read tables guarded
  by a Row-Level Security policy that depends on a session variable.
