• Preview environments can now control the number of pod replicas in a session
  through the new feature.preview.replicas option.
• mirrord ui now works on Windows, using a named pipe restricted to the
  current user instead of the mode 0o600 unix socket.

• Refreshed experimental feature configuration default values.
  hook_rename, dns_permission_error_fatal, force_hook_connect are
  removed.
  non_blocking_tcp_connect and sip_utils are now true by default and
  marked as deprecated.
  disable_reuseaddr is set to true by default for OSS users.

• Fix so if db-branching resource name is generated will not exceed the 63
