• Added feature.preview.ttl_secs and feature.db_branches[].ttl_mins so each
  feature accepts the TTL in either unit. Setting both ttl_secs and
  ttl_mins on the same item is rejected.

• Agent now falls back to an IPv4 client listener when setting up the
  dual-stack IPv6 one fails (e.g. on clusters with IPv6 disabled).
• Fixed getaddrinfo truncating IPv6 addresses resolved through the agent.
• Fixed outgoing connections to path-addressed Unix sockets failing with a "not
  found" error when the agent runs as an ephemeral container.
• The agent no longer logs a spurious warning when a DNS server returns an
  error response code, and layer no longer logs bogus DNS errors with error
  level.
