• Added mirrord diagnose license for troubleshooting mirrord for Teams
  license usage.
• Added local and remote session management commands under mirrord session.
• Implemented mirrord attach on Windows to support IDE extensions.

Changed

• Preview environments now have a default HTTP header filter, baggage: *.mirrord-session={{key}}.*, which will be used if no filter is configured.
• Preview environments now ignore the config option
  feature.network.incoming.http_filter.ports to prevent accidentally stealing
  traffic without a filter. This means that all HTTP filters now
  unconditionally apply to all intercepted ports.
