Removed

• Added new operator feature that allows bypassing user credential verification
  when running mirrord ci start.

Changed

• Allows mirrord ci start to be run multiple times (now you can start
  multiple mirrord ci sessions), and mirrord ci stop will stop every session.
• Unified http_filter.ports and incoming.ports behavior and made it more
  intuitive. Now, ports will be stolen unfiltered/not stolen when
  http_filter.ports/incoming.ports is set AND the port in question is not
  in the list.

Fixed

• Connections redirected by the agent will now correctly terminate when the
  target pod is killed
• Ports will now be unsubscribed only when close.2 has been called on all
  handles referring to the matching socket.
