Added

• Agents can be told to cleanup leftover iptable rules on startup instead of
  erroring out.

Changed

• Fixed two issues found in DB brancing:
  • resolve env when target type is rollout
  • support envFrom as connection source
• Print browser extension configuration URL if Chrome couldn't launch
• When targeting an empty deployment with the operator, mirrord now checks if
  the deployment is managed by a rollout with the same name. If this is the
  case, the user is instructed to target that rollout instead.

Fixed

• mirrord will now fail (panic) if SIP patching encounters the "Too many open files" error. To fix this, the user can
  try increasing the file limit using ulimit.
