• Add machine_id to UserData so it can be used in analytics.

• Added "Ready!" message when mirrord port-forward command finishes setup.
• Fixed a bug in kube crate which did not show messages printed out from
  interactive cluster auth.
• Fixed progress message printed when mirrord automatically adds probe ports to
  feature.network.incoming.http_filter.ports.
• Reverted changes to SIP log levels that might cause bad instructions under
  the hood.
