• mirrord-intproxy now propagates critical errors to the mirrord-layer,
  solving the issue where the user application was terminating with a very

Changed

• Change the SIP patch dir to be nested in the same folder as the extracted
  layer (TMPDIR/mirrord).
• Do not check for pod running or if the deployment has replicas when using
  copy-target.
• Clearer error when iptables are dirty.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where mirrord was failing to spawn an ephemeral agent due to
  resourceVersion conflict.
