26.7.1 was not published for Keycloak 26.6.x. Its test sources did not compile against Keycloak 26.6, so only the 26.7.x and 26.8.0 jars were released. 26.7.2 is the first release with jars for Keycloak 26.6.x and includes the 26.7.1 security fix for email code attempt limits (#146). There are no functional changes for the other Keycloak versions.
