Enterprise license management (server-backed) - #166

• License activation now goes through a server-side verification step before being applied, with a confirmation dialog and clear, human-friendly error messages.
• Licenses are periodically re-validated online. When validation fails, the deployment enters a grace period instead of hard-failing.
• New deployment-wide banner in the dashboard warning all users when the license is suspended or running on the grace period.
• The License page now shows full license details: organization, plan, subscription, and last verification timestamps.
• The Enterprise badge displays the organization name instead of the license ID.
• New license.suspended audit event for traceability of license state changes.
• Add a grace period of 7 days

Telemetry - #166

• Each deployment now gets a persistent server instance ID.

• The server sends an hourly usage heartbeat (instance ID, server version, storage/database configuration, base URL) used to understand real-world usage of the project. Opt out with DISABLE_TELEMETRY=true.
