#1336 - Fused Location provider
Added some automation strings to set GPS, Network, Fused individually. It's in addition to "Prefer Celltower" which is now 'legacy' but just leaving it in there.
#1340 - bugfix - send a null speed to Dawarich if the location has no speed on it.
#1333 - allow setting the dawarich motion and activity via a tasker command
#1335 - KML when/coords sequence fix, and added LineString to output
