• fix(server): allow disabling local logs cleanup scheduler
  • MEND_RNV_LOG_HISTORY_CLEANUP_CRON now takes off or cron-string values. off disables the log history scheduler all together.
• fix(server): logs cleanup checks if the log history dir exists before deleting anything. this prevents exec errors from later find cmd execution.
