Mend Remediate [Beta]

As part of this release, Mend Remediate can be replaced with Renovate EE with all its features, APIs, Web-UI and all additional features to come.

This allows existing Mend Repository Inegration users to deploy Renovate EE instead of the existing Remediate containers.
