Installing the beta version for testing

1. Backup your vault!
2. Uninstall any existing Meld Encrypt plugin
3. Install the BRAT plugin
4. In BRAT settings, click Add Beta plugin
5. Use: https://github.com/meld-cp/obsidian-encrypt for the repository
6. Tick Enable after installing the plugin

• prep for standalone cli tool
• fix for #161
• add Lock & Close command for encrypted notes
• tweak icons
