Big frontend modernization! #1599
Features
- React 17 to 19 upgrade. Removal of deprecated packages as flux and react-mentions
- Less size for the video player bundle, faster loading
- simplified frontend build, with multiple library updates and an improved developer experience, as frontend builds live with webpack and changes are visible immediately, in dev.
