This release contains:
- added a few Documentation pages, and restructured Readme page
- shutdown migrations container when migrations have completed -https://github.com/mediacms-io/mediacms/pull/228/files
- install more recent ffmpeg - #259
- improvements on Dockerized setup, doesn't run all steps from prestart.sh every time migrations service starts but rather when DB is empty, and system is uninitialized - #229
