New Features and Bugfixes:
- make 7-Zip ZS binary compatible to Standard 7-Zip of Igor Pavlov
- add Fast LZMA2, thank you @conor42
- use the New Advanced API of Zstandard for compression / decompression of zstd archives
- this includes also the advanced options of the zstd cli program - an overview will be added to the README
- update brotli to version 1.0.7
- remove ia64 build, it's not really needed I think (give me some info, when needed)
- add some hashing functions like md2, md4, md5, sha384, sha512 ...
- take shorter name "7-Zip ZS" in Context Menu of Windows Explorer
