Dice Calculator Update

• Updated to use DialogV2.
• Removed system-specific buttons.
• Added Configuration menu to set which dice buttons should show up.
• Now ignores manual rolls.

Reasoning

Maintaining feature parity with the Dice Tray is too much work when it is clear most people don't use the module for it. Some people might be finding out there is a Calculator, even though the description mentions it.
Rolling back to a system-agnostic calculator makes it simpler to maintain and to add new buttons.

For DCC users: I'm not sure how many DCC users use this module for the Calculator, but if you did, I've made a PR to the DCC repo which should make the dice buttons show up again on the calculator (and you'll be able to set these dice to manual rolls even if you're not using the module.
