New features

A user command to revoke (close) opened ports or jump rules has been added. The command is used in exactly the same way as the knock command:

letmein knock example.com 22
letmein revert example.com 22

The advantage of this command is that resources can be closed before the timeout expires and therefore shorten the attack window.
