• Added a warning if -proj and -simplify affect non-targeted layers. (These commands modify all layers in a dataset, not just the targeted layer(s), because they modify the dataset's shared geometry.)
• When projection parameters are calculated from a bounding box, the bbox of the targeted layer(s) should be used, not the bbox of all the layers in the dataset.
