🐛 Fixed
- Air conditioner energy no longer counted twice. The TP2X_RAC_20K briefly reports its lifetime energy total as 0 after a reconnect. Home Assistant treated that as a meter reset and added the whole total again when the real reading came back, once or twice a day. An exact 0 now shows as unknown for a moment instead, and no energy is lost. (#516, closes #488)
- Ranges and hoods no longer go dark between reconnects. On some appliances, the connection stops answering after about a minute while updates still arrive. LocalThings now checks with one small request after a slow refresh and reconnects right away if nothing answers. Readings that stop updating, such as a range's temperature during preheat, are checked on a schedule again. (#517, addresses #507)
🔍 Diagnostics
- More detail when setup times out. When a setup attempt reports "handshake never completed", the debug log now shows how far the appliance got before it stopped answering. (#518, addresses #504)
Upgrade note: appliances without a working energy meter used to show a lifetime energy of 0 kWh. They now show unknown. Other totals, such as water and saved energy, still show a real 0.
