🚀 Highlights
- Older appliances on TCP 8888. 2018–2022 appliances that only serve an HTTPS bridge on port 8888 can now be added. Setup detects the bridge and gets a device token. Mapped on the WW6500 washer. Thanks to @perseus177! (#499, addresses #168)
- Fewer "handshake never completed" setup failures. Each failed attempt used to leave a stuck connection on the appliance. Setup now reuses one fixed port and retries once. (#513, addresses #504)
- One cooktop type for gas and induction. Induction models are no longer named "Gas Cooktop", and they gain per-zone power level and hot-surface sensors. (#513, closes #508)
Upgrade note: cooktops are renamed "Samsung Cooktop" by default. Entity IDs and custom names are unchanged.
