Fixed alarm_code getting stuck reporting a stale alarm forever: /alarms/vs/0's {} no-alarm state was being merged onto the previous cached alarm instead of replacing it, so a cleared alarm never cleared until a full integration reload. (#356, closes #348)
Washer/dryer progress could flap back through an in-progress stage (e.g. "Drying") after reaching Finish, undoing the #346 Finish-hold fix for machines that replay a running stage on the way out of a cycle. (#359, closes #358)
Added Table_00 washer/dryer cycle-code translations for the WF45R6300 washer and DVE45R6300 dryer. (#360, closes #357)
