What's new
Plan records with Calendar views
Tables can now add Calendar views backed by a date, datetime, or creation-time
field. Search and saved filters carry across, eligible days can create records
in place, and the global Preferences page lets you start each week on Monday or
Sunday.
See the content behind changed files
New and modified images can now be previewed directly from Changes. JSON values
in Eidos system metadata are formatted and expanded before comparison, with a
split view by default, so configuration changes are readable instead of
appearing as one opaque line.
Set up tables and cards with less cleanup
Select fields can assign a default option to new records, while relative date
filters cover the current, previous, or next day, week, month, and year. Gallery
and Kanban cards, together with expanded record fields, now fit text to its
actual height up to a bounded maximum and keep each Gallery row aligned.
Type into completely empty Markdown sources
A brand-new zero-byte Markdown file now establishes a real source-editor caret
target before the first character. The first keystroke is no longer dropped,
and the temporary editing anchor is never written into the document.
No migration is required.
