New
- Review has one final approval, code-review progress and folded supporting evidence. You can approve after an agent stops, and the Review stays available afterward.
- Research leads with how the system works; Outline groups the planned changes by area. All seven pages use their stage names.
- Share individual artifacts by public link, with page selection, guest feedback, updates and revocation.
- Filter sidebar projects by recent activity and see the agent's current stage. Large Teams gain name/email search, role filters and pagination; machine names are hidden.
Fixed
- Files, Changes and code review stay scoped to the workflow on shared branches, including separate versions of the same file. Large change histories load without losing their recorded edits.
- Final approval no longer requires screenshot confirmations or repeated acceptance of unchanged evidence. Missing or failed checks remain unverified.
- Existing builds resume outside the App, and sessions recover after a crash or a removed local socket.
- Long checks report their timeout.
check --helpexplains how to extend the budget up to two hours. - Linux AppImage sessions use the user's tools without inheriting bundled Python/library paths.
- Artifact feedback keeps its page/version target and preserves failed replies for retry. The guided and live demos match the updated workflow.
Upgrading
- Native task tools and supported interactive questions are enabled during setup. Missing permission policies default to Claude Bypass and Codex Full access; existing choices are preserved. These defaults also apply outside QualityLayer.
- Desktop updates check hourly and ask before restarting. CLI installations can use
qualitylayer update. - Pilot Shell 11.0.11 is the companion legacy maintenance update for Codex configuration and hook output. The legacy migration installer includes that update.
