- On Windows, every QualityLayer command is quick again. Each call asked
Windows for its process list up to nine times, about six seconds per
command; it now asks once and answers in under a second. - Approve and open a pull request always opens it with the task's closing
record. Before, the push could go out first, and the record reached the pull
request only with the first fix.
