Fixed
- The Discuss and Plan pages show Sections and Copy again, so you can jump between a Plan's sections in a normal window, and Copy and the comment buttons no longer overlap what is next to them.
- In a narrow window the For you / For the agent switch moves to its own line instead of running off the screen.
- The docs and their diagrams show you approving in the terminal, where your agent asks you.
