• Load Flowcells: restored the "Download Sample Sheet" action (per-flowcell button in the group header), including the download_sample_sheet and retrieve_samplesheet backend endpoints and the AVITI RunManifest format.
• Load Flowcells: "Apply to All" now stays within the flowcell (its lanes) instead of spilling across flowcells sharing a request or protocol.
• Load Flowcells: selecting a lane from a different flowcell no longer leaves its checkbox visually checked after the warning; the invalid selection is undone.
• Load Flowcells: redesigned the Load dialog — larger window, Sequencer and Flowcell ID moved beside the lane assignment with inline labels, and the Available Pools list reflowed to use the full vertical height.
• Requests: normal users can now edit Related Projects on locked requests.
