This is v1! 🎉🎉🎉

Hello everyone,

it's been 2 month since I have released the first working version of homebridge-appletv-enhanced. There have been a lot of bugs and plenty room for improvement. However, I finally feel confident to call this version the v1.0.0.

With this release, the last major bug #20 is resolved. Besides that, there are currently no other reported open bugs. If you still discover bugs, I encourage you to report them on GitHub.

I'm glad to see that so many other people are enjoying this plugin.

With that beeing said, Happy New Year! 🎆
