- Removed legacy migration. Upgrading from the Python bridge directly to v26.10 is not supported, you have to run an older version (v26.04 - v26.09) first.
- Added support for blocking and unblocking users on Telegram.
- Added support for new view-limited media interface in bridgev2.
- Changed login flow to tell where the login code was sent.
- Changed power levels to allow both parties in DMs to redact messages, which matches what Telegram allows.
- Fixed minigroups sometimes being bridged even after they're upgraded to a supergroup.
- Fixed startup chat sync treating permission restrictions as the user having left the chat.
- Fixed connection deadlock if a media download is retried after a DC transfer.
- Fixed chat sync failing if fetching the chat info for an individual chat got a flood wait.
