- Bumped minimum Go version to 1.26.
- Changed media bridging to use multiple connections when uploading to Telegram (thanks to @Katze-942 in #1091).
- Fixed accidental conversion of gifs when sending to Telegram.
- Fixed edge case where connections to other datacenters could get stuck.
