Configurable Photo Settings and OIDC Fix
Users can now configure photo size and quality via environment variables. The application also includes a fix for the OIDC authorization requests.

- Added configurable options for photo size and quality.
- Fixed a bug that excluded soft-deleted contacts from group member counts.
- Fixed the OIDC authorization requests to include a state parameter.
