Bug fixes
- Fixed books showing multiple times in lists when read books are from more than one year.
- In progress and to read lists are now taking whole designed space.
- Start and finish date buttons are now properly displayed in "add book dialog".
- When displaying saved book start and finish date are now only displayed regarding to book's status.
- After adding a book from Open Library search view is now changed to proper list.
- Search results from Open Library without covers are now clearly indicated.
- Yearly challenge can not be set to 0 now, repaired dismissing the dialog.
