adds texture dump/replacements specifically to renut

moved back to regular rexglue

added a toml that should improve performance (i now get 30fps in showdown town on a 3070 paired with an i7 9700k)

linux support will be added for this update once a fix for crashes and messed up textures on amd hardware is fixed till then please use the previous release if you use linux with a nvidia card
