should add wayland support on linux with X11 as the fallback for those who dont have it(needs testing, i do not have linux anymore)

more optimizations, lower end GPU's like the GTX 1660 now hit a consistent 60fps with little drops to 59fps in ShowDownTown at 1080p (which means higher end gpu's should have 0 frame drops)
