SS_v250222 changelog (based on the tpunix's firm v0.7 release)

There are lots of features/updates/fixes added by tpunix since last year. So I won't list them one by one.

What's new in my version?

1. Better fonts for displaying game list (IMHO).
2. The index number in the game list is hidden as default. (idx_in_list value in saroocfg,txt).
3. The box art in the game list is shown in the background as default, rise it to foreground when Left button is pressed.
4. Fix some minor issues I noticed.
5. Added some missing font graphic for Chinese/Japanese.
