What's Changed

Small bugfix to v3.5.0 that restores args to EXTRA_FLAGS passed with spaces between them, which v3.5.0 dropped entirely.

For example, this now passes --use-internal-buffering and 1 as two separate arguments to the engine:

environment:
  - EXTRA_FLAGS=--use-internal-buffering 1 --cache-limit 4

Behaviour of EXTRA_FLAGS and ALLOW_REMOTE_ACCESS now matches v3.4.0 exactly, so no config changes are needed. Note that values themselves cannot contain spaces. flags are split on whitespace.
