Small fix release:
- The taskbar app checkbox will rule if WingetUI runs on startup
- Fixed WingetUI processes not terminating when quitting the app on certain scenarios
- Fixed an issue where WingetUI would hang when ran as administrator
- Add GSudo to the credits and licenses section
- Added optional scoop cleanup on launch
- Improved light/dark switch (icons still need an app reboot)
