This release adds various tweaks and improvements, fixes a few bugs, and also includes a hostable messageboard page contributed by @chengtripp.

- Added dialog in the rare case where an Identity key can not be resolved for an announce in the announce stream
- Fixed a bug that caused propagation node autoselection to fail in some cases
- Fixed a bug that would cause the program to hang on exit on Android if the log viewer had been active
