Changelog:
- Partially fixed save loading. The active party still fails to load for some reason, records and presents work. Saving doesn't corrupt the file as much anymore. The save file is in GMPE01_00/files/Party Boardmariopartyrd.raw
- Higher stability and better performance.
- Added the ability to turn off the frame limiter while you're holding the spacebar (will get reworked in the future).
- Fixed "Avalanche!" and "The Great Deflate".
- You can now start a party, but many minigames crash so you won't get far.
