Fixes dual-wielding in Perfect Dark so the offhand weapon works in aim mode
Pressing the modifier key now only moves the player with an accompanying movement control (WASD) in both GE & PD, before it would by default send an input moving the joystick (and the player) to the right if WASD etc. wasn't sending an input to be modified into shiftwalking.
