As contributed by @Clippy95:
#49
Instantaneous switching to any weapon with number keys
Player (and car) models can now be rotated with the mouse on customisation screens
Also removed sr_havok_fix_frametime, as I was able to patch it into the main game loop and it's now included in xenia-canary/game-patches#355
Implemented dynamic clamping for Saints Row 2 similar to how the game itself does
Also hopefully fixed mouse map cursor not working in the taxis map screen for Saints Row 1.
Don't skip processing unbound keys, fixes unbound keys from disabling controls, which should fix keys getting stuck after pressing certain hotkeys thus disabling entire controls for the current session, reported cases: CTRL-SHIFT-O, AMD/NVIDIA overlays & FN+Volume keys.
Fix keys getting stuck if they were held while the window became inactive e.g holding mouse1 then alt-tabbing caused mouse1 to still act if it's held when returning to the window
Implements new Minecraft mousehook method by @Clippy95, who also contributed other addresses for the rest of the new features
Adds manual hotbar selection with number keys (1-9)
Camera controls now frozen while in the pause menu
Inventory and similar interfaces now use separate bindings
