Installer fixes for Ubuntu 26.04 and fresh installs.
- Installer:
curl … | sudo bashno longer hangs at the hostname prompt on Ubuntu 25.10 and later, wheresudois sudo-rs. sudo-rs runs a piped script outside the terminal's foreground process group, so the first prompt stopped the whole install. The installer now moves itself to the foreground first, and explains how to run from a file if it cannot. (#560) - Installer: a hostname that does not resolve yet no longer ends the install silently right after "Hostname:". The DNS check is a warning again, as intended.
- Scheduler: no more PHP fatal in bbs-scheduler.log every minute between the install finishing and the setup wizard being completed. (#560)
