- 74dc4ce make saveToDisk atomic and more robust against failures. This is required on Windows where in-place writes to running binaries fail. The new file is written to a temporary .new file first, then moved into place. If the target already exists, it is moved aside to a .old file first, and rolled back if the move fails.
