As of 1.8.26.4.23, Windows 10 is the new minimum requirement. Also, strict number checks are
now enforced everywhere. Previously, some functions would silently accept null, undefined,
NaN or Infinity which is plain wrong. Script errors will now be thrown.

Please pay special attention to the changelog entry for 1.7.25.12.27 as built in Playback Statistics were removed.

As a follow up to the strict number checking enforced in the previous relese, this makes a
special exception for clearInterval and clearTimeout so the supplied id
does not have to be a valid number.
