• FbTitleFormat EvalWithMetadb and FbMetadbHandle GetFileInfo now accept an optional want_full_info
  argument. This enables full retrieval of tags that have been blocked with LargeFieldsConfig-v2
  in the latest foobar2000 2.26 previews.
