More Emulators, Spatial Audio, Stereo Locked and Audio Haptics

Fixes: Partially increased Genesis emulation throttling, not perfect but a bit better. Better mapping for bluetooth controller (still bad for most cores though). New: Audio options for Audio source from screen. Audio spatial options (better with headphones) and Audio Haptics (Now default to all cores). New: Emulators: GB/GBC/GG/SMS/PCE/NES are mostly working. Emulators: GBA and SCUMMVM not working.
