🐛 Fixed
- Services now register even when devices are offline (#4). Previously, if all TvOverlay devices were unreachable during Home Assistant startup, the tvoverlay_ui.notify, tvoverlay_ui.notify_fixed, and tvoverlay_ui.clear_fixed actions failed to register. This caused valid automations to be flagged with "Unknown action" warnings
