• waybar: seamless theme switching via reload_style_on_change — waybar CSS reloads without restarting the bar; generates per-theme colors.css from sway variables on sway reload
• waybar: seed default colors.css/style.css on first run to prevent startup failure
• way-displays: write sway output scale config via CALLBACK_CMD so swaymsg reload uses correct scales without flickering; ship /usr/local/etc/way-displays/cfg.yaml to avoid conflict with way-displays package
• skel: seed default day/night themes (matcha-leaf/matcha-green) for fresh installs
